Most asked question:  Is it scary?

Your experience at Haunted Nightmares is going to be unique to you.  There is plenty to see inside, and many different scare tactics are used.  For each person who exits the building calm and collected with a smile on their face, 5 others leave running and screaming.  While each person has their own limitations and different things that scare them, we strive to make the haunt a fun and exhilarating experience for everyone.

Are there clowns?  Is it dark?  Is there…

Each year people want to know what’s inside before they actually make it through the door, but why would we want to ruin all of the fun for you?  There’s only one way to find out what we have hidden within our walls…

Will anyone touch me?

We have a very strict “do not touch” policy.  You do not touch our actors, and they will not touch you.  It is rather dark in many areas of the haunt and the actors may accidentally brush against you, but no one will ever reach out and deliberately grab you.  We expect the same from you.

How long does it take to go through?

People are always curious as to how long they will be at the mercy of the creatures inside.  When asked this question, we always respond with: How fast can you run?  But normally it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get through it.

Can I take pictures?

The use of digital cameras and camera phones is strictly prohibited inside the haunt.  However, if you are lucky enough to catch one of the creatures roaming around outside, I’m sure they’ll be happy to take a picture with you if you ask.  If you are lucky enough to leave with pictures, email them to us and we’ll post them on our website.

Can I take my kids through?

We don’t recommend our haunt for children under the age of 8.  The best rule of thumb for the age limitations is you, the parent.  You know your children better than anyone, and if you think your 6 year old can handle it, we aren’t going to stop you from bringing them in.  On the other hand, there have been adults who aren’t able to handle the madness within.

Can I leave if I get scared?

We understand that sometimes people think they can handle a haunted house, yet once inside are unable to tolerate the chaos.  There are emergency exits throughout our haunt, and if you decide you no longer wish to continue your journey we will put the show on hold and allow you to leave. Tell the nearest actor that you want leave and they will show you the nearest exit.  Refunds are not given to those who exit early.

How much does it cost?

Daytime Haunted House tickets (Saturday & Sunday, 1:00 - 5:00 PM) are $12 cash or $14 for Credit or Debit cards.. Evening/night Haunted House tickets are $15 cash or 17 for Credit or Debit cards.

How many can be in one group?

We only allow 10 people to enter at a time. This is because our introduction room is fairly small and we need all guests to pay

attention to the instructions and rules given in that room so you can have a fun and safe journey through the haunt.

Where is the VIP Entrance.

The VIP Entrance is located on the left side of the ticket booth to the left of the ticket window.  No need to wait in the ticket line, Simply walk up to the left side of the ticket window and mention to the ticket seller that you have VIP tickets and we will have a staff person escort you to the special VIP Entrance.  Another option is to let any outside staff person with a radio and ear piece know you have VIP tickets and they will get you to the correct location.
